  8. Hello, am from Cincinnati. I see you are involved with 4H. I was in it 10 or so years, I took breeding sheep & market lambs, cooking, sewing, plants, speech contest, was on Jr Fairboard, went to various trips Congress, Washington Focus, camp counselor, worked on staff at 4H camp on Kelleys Island as a naturalist. Many good memories! Am from Northern Ohio originally. What are u involved with in 4H, its a great thing! Welcome to Carecure.

    Grew up raising hogs until the late 90's, had cattle forever, raised corn, soybeans, and hay. Dad died in 04, and I was a senior in HS, did hay for 2 years until I got hurt in 04. Worked for a purebred Duroc/Hamp breeder for a year in 05. We're buying some momma cows this year again, and raising veggies to sell locally. Hopefully next year I will be farming our farm on our own again. Can't see myself doing anything other than that.
