  1. t exercises. This is frustrating and takes tremendous amount of determination. You hit road blocks and need back up even though you think you solved everything.
  2. Guess what? That IS EXACTLY the way I did it. I felt that neurological had to be there BEFORE the physical. I did NOT attempt move toes at first. I started at 1st point AWAY FROM BRAIN, I felt was not working when eyes were open. I would do minor eyes closed exercises with that point I felt was not working. When I felt strong enough with eyes closed, I would then attempt to introduce eyes, open them, and see if I could do the same as eyes closed. If I could I would then move 1 point farther away from brain, downward on body and do the same routine. If I could not, there must have been something I missed with eyes closed, so back to eyes closed and see if could solve issue. This takes tremendous amount of time, days to do. But this is the way I got all the way to the toes. Always was told would never get ankles working. I cannot describe all that is provided if you get those feet going. Really unbelievable. Now this has taken 2+ years. I continue with all from waist
