What fighting "quad belly" looks like

Rate this Entry
It's another brainchild of Dr. Justin Bickford at Aspire PT, Huntsville, TX. I describe a problem and the gears in his head start to turn, and he's got a lot of 'em.

The consensus is that quad belly is loss of muscle tone around the torso after you've sat in a chair for years. Belly fat is a suspect too, but I eat lean and cut back on adult drinkies with no effect. What's frustrating is that although I do hundreds of crunches in a day, I don't get full extension and so the quad belly remains.
