I don't know why but lately the last month or so, my pain level has jumped through the roof. I don't have a UTI or anything like that. I physically feel fine except for the pain. Its all over my body. It even hurts to breathe. I mean COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not getting any sleep cuz of it since laying down usually makes things worse if that is at all possible. No advice needed. I'm just venting. Thanks

I think it's the weather. I never rate my pain a 10, I reserve that for gallbladder attacks and kidney stones. But 2 nights ago I realized I was pegging a solid 10. Toes all curled up, fingers frozen in place, couldn't breathe due to pain. I'm sorry you're hurting too. Try to believe that tomorrow will be better!

I hate it when I get those unexplained payingdays, where the pain just kicks up out of nowhere. It's like someone turned up the frying pan underneath me but there's no real trigger. I know the weather sometimes makes a different, but still, once in a while out of the blue I'll start hurting like crazy. I sympathize with you and hope it gets better soon.

When I do this...the humidity is usually really high.
I am in a drier climate now and on Wednesday/Thursday my legs hurt the worse since I moved out here. I went ahead and filled out a request for Friday off.... Sure enough the humidity was high and it rained a little on Thursday evening and Friday.
It sucks that my body is an accurate weather predictor.... At least its not that southern heat/humidity. I told my daughter the other night that I didnt think I would ever be able to live in North Carolina again.
What is really odd is the snow dont bother me. Maybe my body is just possessed?
Take care Becky and dont grind your teeth like I have. I hope your pain (and everyone elses) eases soon.

Sorry Becky. Me too, I've been pretty painful and really tight too which takes my breathe. Lets keep our fingers crossed that some nice warm weather will help.(well, you keep yours crossed for me since
I can't. k?:) )
My pains are having a ball tormenting me, and coming up with new sensations as well.
Barometric pressure is definitely part of it for me. Low pressure before/during rain cranks my pain up a few notches. I keep varying my meds, trying to find the magic combination for each occasion. I hope you find ways to better deal with it, pain steals you life away.

Weather for me Becky usually is a day or so, unless horrible humidity or something lasts for days. But this time of year it doesn;t last as long.
Do you have anything else going on you haven't noticed?
Ie for me, anything below my level that is wron, ie an ingrown toenail, menstrual cramps, etc will cause my back pain to go nuts.
Hope you get some relief soon! :o

No, I have checked for all of that. Actually hoping I would find something to explain why my body feels like a semi has run over it multiple times. I was actually hoping to find something. How twisted is that? :( :(

My pain has jumped as well. We have had a lot of Storms and man can I feel it especially in my fingers and toes. I feel like Mel Gibson in payback when they crushed his toes with the hammer......

Not at all. If there is something wrong, and you figured it out, you might be able to fix it, right?

It can't be the weather, otherwise there would be no excuse for my pain to get out of control. I wasted yesterday due to the pain. There was no change in the weather here in FL. It has been mild, and unchanged for days. Could it have something to do with the travel of the sun, moon and stars?
