Hi,
I had a rehab evaluator come to my home today and he suggested that I get these two items to help with mobility. I have a cauda equina syndrome from my first back surgery and permanent damage to my legs, bladder and bowel, which has really impacted my mobility. I get muscle spasms that hit so hard, they almost take me down to the floor and they seem to hit at the most unpredictable times , despite the baclofen they have me on.
Anyway, I was hoping that someone might offer me some feedback on this chair and the scooter since this is my first time getting this type of adaptive equipment. If you can help, thank you so much.
http://www.permobil.com/templates/ProductPage.aspx?id=2240 - this is to the Powerchair which is a Permobil C300 Corpus

http://www.invacare.com/cgi-bin/imhqprd/inv_catalog/prod_cat_detail.jsp?s=0&prodID=L-3XB&catOID=-536885289 - this is to the scooter which is mostly for getting around in stores and if we go somewhere that I would need to walk.....
He said that our insurance is going to pay 100% for the chair and they are giving me the scooter at no cost since the chair is so expensive.
Thanks again if you can offer any feedback on either one of them and even if you can't for reading this.
