Computer problem please help

The error messages that there is a driver missing. The Internet doesn't work, the printer and the sound card.

I would be happy to provide my phone number if someone can talk my significant other into fixing the problem.

Go to your manufacturers website download the drivers to your laptop & burn to a cd than install on other pc (if you have a cd burner)

Or better yet, find your old disks that came with them originally. Instead of a CD just use a "flash drive"

What is odd, is usually windows has the network drivers already built in.

Saddly, i think this is a sign of something bigger wrong with your computer.... Maybe drives going bad

SO figured it out (whatever it was) He thinks it's his ethernet?
