I think it is a new webmaster that couldn't restrain himself to not include the kitchen sink in his website. It made my eyes go crazy.

I love (not) the ones that look like they were designs by a 14 year old girl. (nothing against 14 year old girls either) .... as many different fonts, colors, backgrounds and animations as possible! All set to loud annoying music!
