Question for Dr. Young: What would you say, if you were to say anything, would be the BEST Serotonin uptake blocker (anti-depressant) on the market for SCI and am I correct in thinking that it may help pain and energy level?

Don't know why you haven't gotten any responses on this one. Try to put it in the ask the sci nurse. I take an anti D amd yes it does help with attitude and energy level. Hope you get this.
