Um...... yha :o
2 laptops, 1's a 233mmx, and a PII 500. and 2 desktops at 766mmz.
All have like under 64Megs of RAM.
I don't physical have the 2 desktops... Gave them to freinds, but the laptops, I have, and me mudder uses the PII. 3 out of 4 are Dell biuisness systems, and work A1.
They don't keep them on 24/7 so 98se is fine. The 233 is gonna get dsl i think, it only has 48Megs of RAM, but 4Gig HD..
Toys to play with.

Hey THANKS A BUNCH for chipping in guys!
Jerry, I thought you meant get pictures/info from the old hard drive/computer NOT a camera, lol. Ya never SAID camera :D
Hey Paton, have you tried any older versions of linux on those 'puterZ?
I have about 7 flavors from that era on cd, Caldera was my favorite then, I believe Redhat 6.2 was the second, I also have Turbo Linux if you would want to try a cluster.... I was using them on my P233 overclocked to 266mhz, I had a whoppin 96MB and I putmy first 3d card on it with 4MB so I could play Tanarus online. My ALL TIME favorite game.
If those pics are good, toss'em up here on CC, we ALL like Florida :)

Hey thanks Capt. It worked on the win98, and I didn't lose anything. All the files were there. It has been a good computer. (win98)I have had it about 9 years. Something about the camera tho can't get a connection to it. So I'm taking the chip to the phot shop and have it put on a cd, then I'll post. Gues I'll put the 98 away for a spare, in case my new one dies or gets sick. Again Thanks guys.
Cap you should take a vacation and come on down and hang with o'le Jerry awhile. Be snowing soon in your neck of the woods. burrr.

True Justin, but 98se has been discontinued 5 yrs ago, and so I highly doubt MS has an Issue with it. Especially as older machines can not run XP, and doubt MS would want to see them use a *nix, which can be used on modern systems, and find out there's much better OS's then they're crap.
But you're right, It generally IS a No No.
