4 AP/compound pharmacy info?

I live outside the Scranton PA area. I was in the 4 AP study at Kessler for about year and a half. I'm a C-4 incomplete and had good results with the drug. Can anyone give me information on compound pharmacies in my area or alternative?

In considering taking 4AP I am concerned about drug interaction between Gabapentin and 4 AP. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Dr. Wise Young what is your opinion regarding this?

I have hard time to find a place (Compound Farmacy) or Doctor here in Toronto Canada which will prescribe 4-AP ;

I fully understood Dr.Wise suggestion of gradually dosage increase / decrease and I have C-6 incomplete with good deal of sensory (50-60%) preserved and also some motor functions - I can wigle my toes - and I finally found good phyisio who is working hard with me - but when my effort to lift my leg - (quadriceps contraction happen) - create strong electrical impulse - looks like jumping on oposite - leg extension....
I am trying and slowly, succesfuly controlling my spasms but I think 4-AP will help me.

However....here in Toronto - I can not get it.
Anyone??

my complete medical check-up shows OK for everything
Kidneys are OK - bladder preassure is regulated with 2x4 mg Detrol LA
that's all I am taking right now.
