The first place to start is with your physiatrist. Have you asked them to make a referral for you? A university teaching hospital is also another good place to start.
A large local SCI Center is also a good place to start.
Be sure to ask for a urologist who specializes in neurologic urology, and a shoulder orthopedist who has experience with SCI (not just sports medicine).
