Can anyone recommend or tell me where I can find a good nutrionist and accupuncture doctor in the New Jersey area? Thanks

I would recommend seeing a good registered dietitian (RD). Anyone can call themselves a "nutritionist". Many who do have no formal training or credentials and may not provide you will correct information or services.
You should be able to find a good RD through your local hospital or clinic.
As far as an acupuncturist, again you can get referrals for good ones from your local reputable pain clinic, hospital, or your own physician. Also ask your friends and family who they have seen. I did this myself recently and found a good clinic very close to my work, which worked well for my schedule. You need to be able to go at least 3X weekly, so location can be an important factor in addition to the quality of the service.
