I would just like to say that these are not accurate in measuring UTI in people with SCI. They measure colonization, not infection. Treating based on this test will cause overtreatment, potentially with the wrong drug, and significantly increase the risk of developing drug resistant bugs.
These tests are really designed for use by AB women who have an occasional UTI. If you have an SCI, don't depend on these results. You need a full culture and sensitivity, and you need to have symptoms in order to safely treat. As usual, please review this resource:
