I've never had a problem with my email account until today. I opened Outlook Express & there was 1 new message from eBay (it had my name & acccount, so I believe they really sent it). When I pressed Delete, it wouldn't delete. . .
I closed it & got on line & accessed my hotmail account directly. I was not able to delete the Ebay message there either. It kept coming back. Nor was I able to delete any other messages nor empty the trash can.
I was successful in sending an email to my secondary hotmail account but when I tried sending my primary account an email, it wasn't received. I emailed MSN about my problem & asked them to reply to the secondary account since that is receiving email.
I tried deleting the eBay message on my primary hotmail account from two different computers-- no luck.
Fortunately I'm not expecting any important emails. . .
I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions about how to fix this problem.
