Trying to reach Gael Yonnet

Gael was in a terrible snowboarding accident last spring in Salt Lake City. I just found out about it, and I wanted to reach him, but I couldn't e-mail or PM anyone here without registering. I found this site from a link off a search engine.

My name is Sandra, and I was charge RN at a dialysis clinic where Gael worked in 1997, in Salt Lake City. If you asked him about me, he would say all I did was talk about moving back to California. SO here I am, trying to find a way to communicate with him.

Does anyone have an address for him, or would you send along my e-mail to him if you can?

Googling his name led to this newspaper article from 2 weeks ago. I suppose you could reach him through the University of Utah School of Medicine:
