Can AlbumArt files be Safely deleted? I get them unexpectedly when I download tunes from my p2p app. I'll never use them.

yea, i always delete em. imo, they're only good if you're printing off cd covers.

They're good too if theyre setup in the folder for quick recognition of the album.
