I am unable to click the Web links in my e-mails. I cannot even click help. Although I can click the options on the far left. Any ideas?

Check on the very top of your e-mails it should say show content or allow sender. After you click on either or you should be able to click on the links.

I appreciate you responding. I did not see what you were talking about. I even added the person to my contact list and was still unable to do so. Dammit!

What about tools, Internet options, you delete files and delete cookies and then try it again? Are you opening your gmail in your browser or in your Outlook express?

From my browser, I think it may be my firewall that is preventing me.
