hi there
i'm a quad, and I have seen a video demo with natural point smart-nav. It’s sound great but how it's made the click??? What should be pressed??
Is there any other product who use a web-cam or something like that available for use by paralyzed people in order to interact with the computer?

My friend, C4/5 quad uses something like that. "Clicking" is accomplished by using a menu bar to select the type of click, and pausing on what you want to click.
Also using an onscreen keyboard, he can type with it.
i am a complete quad and use smartnav. it works great. i tried numerous other setups and like this the best. i used to use the headmaster plus with a big bulky headset. smart nav takes alittle time to be efficient with the clicking but works great. i can type just as fast as i did with the sip n puff headset. best of all it is cheap and powered through the usb port.

Here is a software driven alternative, it uses just a standard webcam. http://www.pcbility.com/
it basically has a dwell function, where you stop moving the mouse for a given time, say 2 seconds, and a list pops up with single click, double click, and drag. You choose what one you want each time.
i don't use it regulaly- i've found ways to use computers without a mouse.. but i found this was just as precise as hardware alternatives like the TrackIV.
