hi there to all

i'm a quad from 2003. before my accident i was a very active and efficient person. now i'm spending my time on my computer without having results. i'm losing enormous amount of time with nothing in concrete. I have what to do because i'm software ingeneer but i can't focus on my work for log periods of time

what do to??

help me pls

Did you also have a TBI in your accident? Even a mild TBI can impact concentration and ability to focus, esp. for long periods of time.

What meds are you taking? Medication side effects could definately be a culprit here.

Are you depressed? This could also have an impact. Have you discussed this with your physician?

if TBI is Traumatic Brain Injury I didn't have and i don't take any medicament.

I think i'm depresed. I told to my physician that i'm depressed and he told me to stop wach at TV, but i don't wach at tv more than 1-2h/day and that only when I'm back to bed for sleep.
