I am sure this is a dumb question but I am a computer idiot and going to ask anyway. Does it matter what type of wireless card I get based on the type of computer I have? (I have an HP) I got gift cards from Target so I was going to try and get it from there. This is one I found (don't know what they actually have in the store).

Belkin is an established manufactuter of cables who has branched out in recent years. You'll be okay as long as they have a good return policy.

Yes, any PCMCIA card will work....... Just don't start asking about mini-pci cards and HP...... Nightmares...... oh the nightmares!

20 bucks cheaper and they are both wireless G. Belkin and Linksys are both very good quality vendors. I just like saving money :D
