I have just taken delivery of Dragon NaturallySpeaking9. I have installed is okay but have come across problems trying to activate it. I am trying to activate it automatically and it keeps asking me to put in a new serial number. I think I must have entered about seven or eight and it keeps asking for more. This can't be right, where am I going wrong?

Are you typing EXACTLY hat is there?? That includes upper/lower case.... O not 0 (zero), or I not l (little L) These are common issues with serials.

Not quite with you. This is exactly what is happening. I open up Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 and it then asks me if I want to activate the products. I clicked yes and isoniazid are automatically, or manually. I choose automatically and then another box comes up with five boxes. They all have numbers/letters in. It says enter a new serial number in the fields below. Now, since I only got one serial number with the products, I assumed I have to make them up. When I did this, it kept going and going, I could get 10 times and it would still keep asking for a new serial number.

all done
Congratulations and how did you resolve the activation issue?
If my memory serves me correctly, when I installed DNS 9, I had to enter in a serial number and then I proceded with the installation. I recall that I was given 5 times to activate and I did this but did not have to enter in anymore numbers or information. About two days later, I registered on my PC and my laptop, which also has DNS 9. In addition, I unchecked every Nuance program that was in my StartUp.
Good luck and I look forward to your review of DNS 9!

It is quite simple really, make sure you get the serial number right in the first place. Early indications seem quite good. I did a couple of e-mails and it worked absolutely flawlessly, not a single mistake.
I have no doubt that it will be very good.
