From my library in Windows Media player. I have done it before but can't remember how I did it.

If you're using outlook express ;
Format - Background - Sound , then choose the file with the music.
Cool! Is it possible to attach a song from my itunes library? If so, how?

I haven't done it but I think you'll be able to do it as you can browse through your files and choose the sound file you want to put as the background music.

You can also select whether to play one time or continuously.
