Someone wrote someone else that I was a liar and my accident never happened. His motives are based on greed, long story.
I felt deeply hurt. Because it soooooooooo happened and was so awful.
I feel like suing the guy.
I wonder if defamation charges are possible. :booboo: :mdramatic

If anyone were to believe this, tell them you're just in it for the parking, grit your teeth, and smile. If it becomes legally necessary, you can provide your doctor's statement at that time. Otherwise, don't let it get back that it's bothering you- that's a win for a loser. If he has to hear of a reaction from you, let him hear that you laughed when you heard about it. Sounds that that'll chap his cheeks. What a greedy putz. You can't sue for hurt feelings tho.

Yes, it's hurtful, Cripply. I've been called a faker too bc I can stand up and walk a little bit. Also, my legs aren't severely atrophied so I've been told "you can't be a para because your legs are fat!"
I agree with walkin...if he knows he's getting to you that gives him power. Laugh it off, don't give him the satisfaction.

In my case it was the A$$hole that caused my accident...He told me, "to get over it, there's other people worse off than you"...That's what the A$$hole said to me after I tried to tell him how much damage he did to me...It didn't get through to him and I wrote him off...and more or less I told him, "just wait, God's going to kick your sorry little a$$ someday!!!"...
What comes around, go around is what happens...meanwhile don't give people like the time of day...life's too short...

Show 'em your x-rays with titanium plates on your vertebrae....
throw your foot at him:p
no seriously though, if someone were to tell me i'm faking, it'd piss me off but it doesn't matter what they say or think, even if it's a spreading rumor. for instance, if they're saying you're doing it for attenion, i'd just reply with "i don't need a chair for attention, all i'd have to do is have to walk in a room."
just blow it off. he most likely knows you really are and is just saying to for the purpose of upsetting you. just a pathetic dig.
