CareCare is the only place that will not keep me signed in under my account when using Firefox. It worked fine when using Internet Explorer. Any ideas to solve this?

Hmmm....CC is the only place you're having trouble with? I'll have to look into that...
But first, really dumb question, don't be offended....You do have the "Remember Me" box checked right? :)

Yes! Download http://www.opera.com/download/ and install Opera.
It's a great browser and more of an asset than Firefox, which I run as well. Even if it don't solve your CC login problem, you'll be glad you've got it.:bounce:
(This goes for you, too, Bob; old dogs can learn new tricks.):D
Todd,
I know exactly what you mean. I think it's a bug in the Mozilla rendering engine. I had this problem with Firefox 1.0 for Mac OS X and in Camino 1.0 (a Mac OS X only browser that uses the Mozilla engine).
No matter how many times I tried logging in the CC home page would tell me I wasn't logged in. But if I went to the members only forums or tried to post, I found I was in fact logged in.
Check that you have the latest version of Firefox. Version 1.5 fixed things on Mac OS X.
Chris.

Never had problems with it on either IE, Safari, Firefox or Opera. Sure it ain't just you?
CC will 'take' your login away if you go 'page back' as long as you go forward it will keep it. unless u blocked cc's p/w under tools, options.
yeah, it's a real problem....firefox doesn't read french. ;) :p
firefox works fine for me. you use a mac? maybe that's the prob. :D

That may be the problem. Firefox has never asked to store my CC password like other web sites.

I use a Mac and probably have posted more here than anybody. Firefox is my primary browser, safari is my default, opera is my backup, and internet explorer is painful. I even use my Blackberry to get onto CareCure when I am bereft of computer. In my experience, all of them work with CareCure. In my opinion, the main problem is the cache. Most fast browsers pull from their cache rather than from the site and therefore show the old page that does not have you logged in. Just press the refresh/reload button and you will see that you are logged in. Wise.
