i get these terrible pain in both my hips.it is driving me crazy,nothing seems to help.i am depress and i am having suicidal thoughts

jc, can you give any more information about the pain? If it's not neuropathic pain, at least opiates should be able to provide some relief, along with other pain meds. If it is neuropathic pain, there are other options that should at least help to tame it down some.
What kinds of treatment have you tried so far? What has your doctor had to say about the pain? If your doctor is at a loss, then it's time to find a more qualified specialist.
I'd also highly recommend that you see a physiatrist (rehab dr) if you haven't already to help deal with these problems....both the pain and the depression.
