I have been using a little utility called Cute Reminder (http://www.cutereminder.com/) for a few days and it is pretty useful. You can set up Reminders to pop-up at specified times, just in case you forget. (Not that you ever forget anything, of course.;))
Have to make a phone call tomorrow? Add a Reminder to pop-up first thing in the morning and you're good to go.
Have something to do at 6pm and are afraid that you'll get caught up on "CareCure" and lose track of time? Add a Reminder.
The thing I like best about it is that you can add Global Hot Keys to it. To add a reminder, no matter where I am, all I have to do is hit Ctrl+Alt+R.
The program also lets you have little sticky notes that you can Show (Ctrl+Alt+S) and Hide (Ctrl+Alt+H) at will.
All-in-all, it's pretty cool. I would love to find a Freeware version that does the same thing, but this is working well for now. :)
