A couple of months ago I started feeling wierd thing like another body, and I know it's all in my head but I was wondering if anyone feels the same-because this is taking a toll on my mind. Sometimes I don't know which stomach is breathing and I can move my leg in my other body my doctor is Dr.Gator at UofM,he say's 70% of his people have this proplem . Can anyonoe help me out,any feedback is welcome-thank you,oh I'am 8 yrs post.

Sergio Canavero reported this as happening from motor stimulation of the cortex for CP so he stopped doing it and went to propofol instread. People were getting phantom limbs and these limbs had Central Pain in them. Are you having pain in the other body also? Can you distinguish between them. It is fair to say most of my legs and feet do not feel like me. They seem like they are their own thing, have no real dimension, and have become sort of a conglomerate club appendage somewhere beneath my body, but there is no duplication of limbs. Would you please describe your sensations more in detail?

There's no pain,but when I try to identify it with my phantom toe's then it stings. Most of all I can move it w/my mind, nobody know's what is going on. When I move my forehead it moves too, I'm telling you there's something wrong with you when you identify it as mesh strappy things going around my legs and stomach . Sometimes it hurt's going across my stomach.

I just want to go into someone elses body and actually stay there.anything has to be better than the one i am currently living in.i too get some very bizarre and freaky 'feelings" and sensations and lets not forget the pain .i came up with a word to explain the combo of the pain along with the bizarre sensations,"painsations".kinda fits doesn't it??I really really DO want to get off this ride now.

just had to say that I am glad to be back here.I was kinda incapacitated during that change over from the old forum to the new one,and of course,that link that was sent out my email way back when didn't work.so I had to do some detective work,and lo and behold,i found you all again.dejerene,i really have missed your wonderful take on the world.read your other thread,what a hoot.feels like home again.firesmurf
