Next week on Tuesday, November 15 I will be giving a speech at Skidmore College in front of over 300 students. I'll be telling my story and informing the audience of the current issues regarding stem cell research. I'll be trying to start a student advocacy group for stem cell research. Can anybody provide me with specific information on the best ways of organizing such an advocacy group. What advocacy groups are already in New York? My main goal is to get the students involved and to get them to contact their legislators from their home states.

The speech went great. I ended up getting a packed auditorium. It seated 300 and yet 350 showed. I delivered a 30 minute speech and received a standing ovation. After that we had some Q&A.
My main goal the night was to tell my story to really get the audience to think and appreciate the beauty of life and to get a student advocacy group started. I ended up getting over 65 students to sign up and a student approached me to take charge of this new Skidmore chapter.

Sounds great Josh,
It may be time for me to go back to school, would be refreshing to speak to an open mind.
