I am looking for a good software program for creating logo's for websites. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

it depends how much effort you want to put into it, and/or how creative you are with designing something from scratch.
easy solution: The Logo Creator, http://www.thelogocreator.com/
more complex solution w/ a steep learning curve, but way better tools in the end: Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop; http://www.adobe.com/
there are other options out there too, but those are off the top of my head.
