I'm watching the last hour of BookTV's 3 hour long "In Depth" program featuring Dr. Sherwin Nuland (http://www.booktv.org/indepth/). He's the author of quite a few books and talks about the medical system, patient care, pain management, end of life issues and other related topics. It's so nice to watch commercial-free TV with the added bonus of it being interesting and even entertaining.
It will re-air tonight at midnight ET on C-SPAN2 aka BookTV. If you don't get it on your TV it will be streamed "live" from their their website (http://www.cspan.org/). Scroll down to Live Streams / BookTV.
If it's too late for you to be up you can listen to interviews like this as you're trying to fall sleep. It's not necessary to watch it. And like I said, it's commercial-free so you won't be startled by some loud-mouth jerk trying to sell you laundry detergent or more than likely auto insurance and second mortgages!
