Imagine holding a bowling ball at eye level for 20 minutes. Now imagine holding that bowling ball -- the size of your head -- all day every day. I’m imagining all I can here. Do you mean to hold the head with your hands at eyelevel for 20 minutes or? I believed we were designed to have and keep our head where it is.:D
