Interested in Rugby or just getting some exercise? (NY/NJ)
My friend plays on the NY/NJ team and asked me to post this e-mail he received. If you're interested in playing or getting some exercise, you should go.

Hello All Rugby Players:
I know it has been a while since my last e-mail and I want to update all of you on the upcoming season.
We where able to hang on to our practice facility at Hackensack Middle School in Hackensack, NJ (see attached for directions). We will continue to practice there every Tuesday (see attached schedule).
I am currently looking for gym space in Queens, NY to help cut down the drive for all the players that live on Long Island and I will keep you updated.
Our first introduction/practice for rugby will be Tuesday September 13, 2005 at 7:00pm. WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PUT DOWN TAPE ON THE FLOOR OF THE GYM.
We have a couple of leads on new coaches.
Please contact me if you have any questions.

Hackensack Middle School
Go over the George Washington Bridge – Follow signs to Route 4. Stay on Route 4 for 5 miles and exit at Route 4 at Hackensack Avenue at sign that reads “Hackensack Business District.” When getting on to Hackensack Avenue, make sure you go under overpass. Exit before Hackensack Avenue is River Road.
Stay on Hackensack Avenue about 1 mile, make right turn onto Passaic Street, McDonald’s is in front of you – go to 3rd light and make left onto Union Street. School is on your left. Park in front of school, or parking lot to right of school. Entrance is on left side of school, where outdoor basketball courts are. Do not park where basketball courts are.
