VMI convertions

has any one had probs with the vmi convertion in the minivans ohh boy i sure have where the ramp/door ride along theres a plastic track that keeps snaping and i gotta get a new one each time it dus this have any one of you out therethat are have had or are haveing the same problem let me know

crazyone- what year and model is your conversion? I have 2ooo Northstar and am not familiar with the part you describe, but I have had a couple of the wire cables than open and close the sliding door to unravel and gum up the works.
