There has been a surge of interest in exercise and reversal of learned non-use approach to restoring function and health. Due to this interest, we have created a new forum that could organize the discussion of different exercise approaches, ranging from functional electrical stimulation to treadmill training of ambulation.

To get the forum off to a running start, we have moved many of the topics in the Cure, Care, and Life Forum that are related to exercise to this forum. Please post questions, solutions, approaches, and experiences in this forum. For example, if you have a particular way of exercising, want to recommend an approach, or have a question concerning the best way to do it, please post it on this forum.

Thanks and enjoy.

Wise.

Fabulous,

I'm new to this site and very excited about training to re-educate the central nervous system. I have a friend looking for a used treadmill, and I will ask another about a confined-space harness.

Thank you all for what I have learned here so far.
