Rehab Facilities in Las Vegas

I'm taking a trip to Vegas and want to find a rehab facility with an accessible gym where I can work out, and hopefully use a standing frame. Do you know of any places in the Vegas area? Would I just need a referral/prescription from my SCI Dr?
