Hi Guys, Im just wo http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/confused.gifndering is a Syrinx is very obvious or can I have one and not know it. Secondly, what do they do to correct a Syst? Also, my spasms stared to increase in a placed I never had then previously. Directly at the point of my injury, T-12 I am now having very severe spasms all night every night. My back hammers and my legs kick! Directly on my spine. Again, Im about 1.5 years into my Para Injury and its weird how the pain and spasms seem to change. Is this somewhat normal??? or is something possibly be heading in a bad direction? Thanks in advance for any help. Hi Doc (Wise), Hope all is well. Bob Y. says Hi!

You need to get an MRI to spot a syrinx.

Also, do a google search for syringomyelia and read some of the info on the web sites dealing with it.
