Stomach Pain

I take a laxative two days before a bowel program and the third day when I do a bm, i cramp and bloat from all the excess water and loose stool that lingers inside. I am not sure if the laxatives are affecting my intestional mucous lining or if it's just plain trapped gas. Trapped gas hurts like crazy on me and loose soft stool is necessary for the sake of healing an anal fissure. Does anybody else hurt after bowels or when they take in a lot of liquid into the intestines.

I was dealing with a lot of stomach pain from gas, until I started taking Gas-X, which relieved about 95% of the pain. I do an every other day bowel program and I use the magic bullet suppositories. But I don't think that the difference in programs should matter much. Since, like you said, you are dealing with trapped gas. Gas-X worked for me, maybe it will help you.
