insufferable pain :(

Hi.i am gonna be mad with tingling and elecrical shock(every 20 second) on top of my penis http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif.any other sci have my problem?
its very difficult for me and sometimes i cry like a babe for hours with this pain.it started 3 days ago ,im c5-6 complete about 8 years ,i hadnt pain like this before.i cant sleep with this pain at all ,have condom cath and cath every 6-8 hours.

od , ouch i feel your pain, are you seeing a doc for it? in my experience, neurontin and elavil work well on that type of pain, ultram too for breakthrough.
i used to have the same type of shocks except mine was usually in my foot, shocks every 3to 7 seconds. totally incapacitating. horrible
call a doc ,if you can take the above meds , the doc can them call in the scripts so you can get out of the pain quickly , no reason to make it last another day.
hopefully it will be short lived, acupuncture works well on me too. however that takes a while to take effect.

There must be a cause of this problem. You need to see a doctor to make sure that something is not irritating the area to initiate this pain. The sudden onset and the fact that you have not had this kind of pain before suggests that it is being caused by something. It is important that you rule out the possibility of a bladder stone, kidney stone, or urinary tract infection.
