my acupuncturist went away for 2 weeks, i normally go 2 x week, pain levels are really climbing, amazing on how well it works for me, its subtle because unlike medications, it takes a week to feel better or feel worse. i need to find a back up acupuncturist or get my own needles. i wonder if they could tattoo the points on my feet?
my pain log with daily activities/ medication and pain levels is so important with this type of stuff. hopefully the pain in my butt that has recently been bothering me when upright or attempting to walk will go away if i no longer use the forearm crutches.
