Alternative to oxycontin?

I posted a couple of days ago about not being able to sleep & was wondering what were some alternatives or drugs that are comparable to it. One suggestion was oromorph, are there any others? Also, I've been taking it about 10 months & should I quit it cold turkey?

There's MSContin and Kadian, and methadone.

You can't stop the OxyContin cold turkey if you've been taking it for a while, unless you want to suffer withdrawal. Ask your doctor how to taper off it.
