Cold weather and especially cold wind is killing me. I am getting very stiff with a lot of pain and have a lot of difficulties to walk. Those days I better stay in bed with a muscle relaxer but that is impossible.

I do not think I am living in the right country http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

I have noticed that it isn't the weather itself but the change that causes my pain.

I always used to think the weather did not have anything to do with it, that was before knee surgery and many subsequent injuries that hurt now when the weather changes and when it's cold and/or humid.

dampness/humity really ups the pain levels.
