It seems that there is a tremendous diversity of treatments that people are taking for their neuropathic pain. It is hard to categorize pain meds into a form would fit into five choices but let me try. I apologize in advance for excluding any major category. If you have neuropathic pain and take medication for the pain, which treatment category do you fall into?

At the moment, not a darn thing. Everything I've tried over the years either stopped up my plumbing, had other intolerable side effects, or didn't help.

now on the other catergory since i am taking
Antiepileptic topomax and Non-opioid analgesics, ultram, with some percocet if i wake up at night with pain, with ambien at night for sleep
i was originally on the other other catergory
taking anti seizure, neurontin.....tricyclic amitryptaline, plus ultram and percocet.
but looking for a new pain management doctor, doesnt seem to listen, just ups my dose.
