Dr Young,Dave,1FINERN, or nurses or all (not real sure if this should go here?)

I'm following up on some diagnose I have recently been given.
just yesterday I found out I have cauda equina syndrome, I'm going to go way out on this but I'm assuming finding this out 3 yrs post is not good on a fix or getting rid of the horrible
pain! the explosions in the feet, I guess I have some transmitting through the nerves and perhaps when they hit the out of place titanium it explodes??from what I read this is normally from bulging disc or rupture disc, from the 2 web sites I have found & the tingling & the burning sensation, and the feeling of broken bone grinding against broken bone, the pain from the metal cages out of place these are all "common pain" from this syndrome, but the explosions in my feet the feeling of being shot in the foot in the areas of, like just the top of my big toe or along the side of the foot & the last 2 toes. Its such a horribly different pain than I ever here describe here
Do you have any experience of this syndrome & the pain, the torture I described to you so many times, do you know of anyone who has had these explosions in their feet, that has some success with something ? Nerontin keeps the pain down a lot of the time but if I hold my grand babies or try to do any house work or much activites, or even sit to long in a chair, any of this I find brings it on, and sometimes its to much to handle?
Just interested in seeing your opinion of what I have described to you from any of your experiences . And as always thanks for your time, and sharing with us your "incite"
