this is the report I was trying to get herefor anyone to help tell me what it says if anyone know ?? thanks for everyones help I can't get the attachment to come on here.

Debbi I have to clear your attachment through and I have trouble opening it. Is it in word or some other format?

yes I scanned in paper port I could e-mail it to you I have saved in word it should be easy to open I just don't know all it says but I need to know a little of what the doctors are talking about when I talk to them ya know ?
and I dont trust many of em Ya know ??
