can anyone tell me if only the incomplete have pain?
i suppose that if the cord is not completely cutted, then there might still connexion with the brain.

Am i right?

Roland, even "completes" have neuropathic pain. Run a search on this (search is upper right under Post A Reply) and you'll see what a problem it is for many, many, many SCI's including complete injuries.

Not only can "completes" suffer from nerve pain; people who have cordotomies performed can sometimes develop neuropathic pain even if it didn't exist before.
