i too am a c/5 incomplete...i use zanaflex 5 mg at night and it helps me sleep plus seems to keep the spasms down during the day too. i find that my pain meds also keep spasms at bay.

I was using zaniflex for a short period of time because it just made me sleep constantly. I would fall asleep chewing nfood, it was horrible. Have you ever talked to your Dr. about a baclafin (not sure if I spelled that right) pump?

hi all, i am paraplegic since 98, level t9 and i experienced a lot of spams and pain (low back and legs that i am not suppose to feel), my doctor gave me duragesic 50, 4800mg neurontin, 40 mg baclophen with 400 mg celebrex, and i still have pain, but at least the level is about acceptable. I am going to ask for baclophen or morphine pumps in 3 weeks.
