I'm a C-7/T-1 quad. % years post SCI. I have an impinchment on C-5 to C-7, Not much progress on my rehab because of the pain. Doing traction for almost a year now and technology here is way back behind. Any suggestions?

That's 5 as in five years post SCI and post operation, (laminectomy) fractured laminafrom a car accident.

It would probably be easier for someone to give a worthwhile reply if you could provide a few details about your pain, such as where you feel it, how severe it is (e.g. how bad it hurts from 1-10, what you aren't able to do that you could before, etc.), and a description of what the pain feels like.
