It is hard to believe but one issue of the journal pain contains three negative studies of drug therapies of chronic pain:
Amitriptyline (http://carecure.org/forum/showthread.php?t=23482) for neuropathic pain in SCI
Lamotrigene (http://carecure.org/forum/showthread.php?t=23481) for chronic pain in complete injury in SCI (but was effective for incomplete injuries)
Dextromethorphan (http://carecure.org/forum/showthread.php?t=23486) effects of morphine in chronic pain.
Wise.
