my hips&pelvis feel like they slide and shift around causin bone pain which is makin my nerve pain untolerable.i hadd xrays done and there were no fractures.my sci doc has said that my tendons are steched in my hips.has anyone had this problem?this is really startin to bring me down.i can only stand bein in my chair 5hrs and i no longer sleep due to this pain.
