Headaches

I have been having these horrific headaches now for almost 2 weeks. At first they thought it was a UTI and it is being treated with Cipro, but now I'm at the end of my treatment and still no change. The only time they happen is when I have to urinate and I go for a MRI tomorrow. Any suggestions?

I assume your level is above T7. It sounds like you are having AD related to voiding. If you have high voiding pressures this is fairly common. What is your blood pressure when you have the headache? When did you last have urodynamics done? What was your voiding pressure?
